In this beginner-friendly workshop, you’ll learn the basics of needle felting while creating your own fuzzy bee to take home. Needle felting is a relaxing fiber art where wool is sculpted using special barbed needles (it’s a little bit magical watching it come to life).

No experience needed at all. Truly.
If you can poke wool with a needle, you can do this!

We’ll walk step-by-step through simple stitching techniques you can use again and again. You’ll leave with new skills, fresh confidence, and a repaired piece that feels even more meaningful than before.

Jeans, jackets, or flannel shirts are great pieces to start with. If you don't have anything that currently needs repair or that you're willing to learn with - I will have Denim and Upholstery patches available you can stitch on for practice.

Local potter Judy Griggs will guide you through the process of designing and creating your own ceramic vase in a relaxed, welcoming setting. You will build and sculpt your vase, then choose your glaze finish. Judy will take your piece home to finish up in the kiln and you will get a call/email when the finished piece is ready to pick up!
