Do you sell things on consignment?
No. We have a Vendor Team of more than 50 small businesses who pay monthly rent for a space in our store and sell their items. If you are interested in joining our Vendor Team you can find that application HERE.
Do you buy antiques?
No. Reinvintage Warehouse does not buy antiques or offer appraisal services. If you have items you are interested in selling or donating to the vendors who operate spaces inside our store we do have a process for that. Find more information HERE.
How much is it to rent a space inside your warehouse?
Reinvintage Warehouse is not set-up like a typical antique mall. Spaces are fliudi based on our current vendor team and rent is calculated by square footage. Rates currently start at $115, with the majority of our spaces renting somewhere between $200-$300/month. We encourage anyone interested in joining our team to submit their application HERE.
Do you negotiate prices?
No. All of our prices are firm. We cannot serve as a third party negotiator on the spot. We do have a Purchase Offer form that customers can complete if they would like to make an offer on a specific piece of furniture. It can take up to 24 hours to recieve a response from the vendor. You can inquire at the desk for more information on this process.
Do you rent out your space for photo shoots?
We strive to create an inspiring atmosphere and we get this question all the time. Due to the retail nature of our business there are only specific times we can accomodate photo shoots. If you are interested in using Reinvintage Warehouse as a backdrop for your photoshoot please e-mail us at reinvintagewarehouse@gmail.com.
Can I rent your space for a private party?
We do not have spaces that can simply be rented out for any gathering, we do however offer private classes or birthday parties through the Makers Space. For more information please visit acutabovemakerspace.com
Do you offer Layaway?
We do not offer layaway or place holds on product without direct instructions from the vendor.
Do you offer returns or exchanges?
All Sales are Final. There is a dressing Room available for trying on clothing and we have tape measures you can use to measure items.
Showoffs Kids Boutique does offer limited exchanges. Children’s Clothing purchased from Showoffs Kids Boutique can be exchanged in it’s original condition with the receipt as long as it happens inside the same calendar month. (i.e. purchases made on June 20th would have to be exchanged by June 30th.)
