Thanks for shopping online with Reinvintage Warehouse.
Please make your selections carefully as returns are only permitted if there is damage or defect with your product.
Damaged Items
You have 48 hours from the time shipment is received to report any damages or defects.
Please photograph any damages and email the photos to reinvintagewarehouse@gmail.com along with a copy of your receipt. At that time we will determine if the item can be replaced or repaired.
Since we have so many one of a kind items if an item cannot be replaced we will issue a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
If Reinvintage Warehouse requests the return of a Damaged item a shipping label will be emailed to you. If the original item is to be returned then refunds will be held until the product is received.
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Shipping
All online orders will be shipped within two business days unless otherwise indicated in the product listing. Tracking information will be e-mailed to if available for the method of shipment selected.
