Pink Rainbow Girl® Slime | Mary Frances
Mary Frances, the young creator behind Pink Rainbow Girl® Slime, has been making slime for more than six years, turning a fun creative hobby into an impressive small business at an early age. Her entrepreneurial journey began to take shape in 2020 when her mother created a slime-making club for her through Outschool, encouraging her growing curiosity and creativity. What started as playful experimentation quickly evolved into a deeper interest in the science behind slime—its texture, durability, feel, and recipe variations.
In 2021, Mary Frances expanded her knowledge through a science fair project focused on developing and testing slime formulas. Through that process, she established her own standardized base recipes and began approaching her creations with both creativity and scientific precision. Around the same time, she legally trademarked the Pink Rainbow Girl® name, developed a logo, researched packaging options, and learned how to calculate product costs—building the foundation for a real business while still in elementary school.
After participating in her first business fair in 2019, Mary Frances continued growing Pink Rainbow Girl® Slime through markets, fairs, and local retail partnerships. Today, her products can be found in multiple stores throughout the Greenville and Spartanburg area. At just 11 years old, she offers a colorful variety of scented and textured slimes that have become popular gifts for kids who love sensory play, creativity, and imaginative fun. Through Pink Rainbow Girl® Slime, Mary Frances continues to combine science, creativity, and entrepreneurship in a way that inspires both kids and adults alike.
