Crazy Good Jewelry | Lorie Johnson

Lorie Johnson stepped away from a stressful corporate career when her children were young, choosing instead to embrace a more creative and meaningful path. In 2012, she launched Crazy Good Jewelry with a friend, beginning with weekly Facebook auctions and small local festivals before eventually becoming part of the Vintage Warehouse community in Spartanburg. What started as a business centered around buying and reselling trendy jewelry quickly evolved as Lorie discovered her passion for designing and creating her own pieces by hand.

Over the years, she refined her skills as a maker and developed a signature aesthetic that blends artistry with accessibility. Her jewelry is known for being unique, expressive, and just a little edgy—without ever feeling overdone. Lorie gravitates toward mixed metals, natural stones, “dirty” pearls, and vintage elements, creating pieces that feel layered, collected, and full of personality. While she often draws inspiration from current fashion trends, each design is unmistakably her own.

At the heart of Crazy Good Jewelry is the belief that handcrafted jewelry should feel special, wearable, and attainable. Through thoughtful design and handcrafted details, Lorie creates accessories that help people express their individuality with confidence and creativity.
